I'm tired of always being in front of a pc. I'm tired of being skinny. I see how my identity is fragile and needs a lot of fixing. I want to change it all. I finally got vacation for a few months starting tomorrow, so I can start new habits. How do I make myself enjoy this process and live in the moment, instead of being fixed on the future where I am improved already, wanting to skip the timeframe inbetween? I'm a lazy son of a bitch, with fears of failure, perfectionism, small stomach, uncooperating parents concerning nutrition, probably a pc addiction to some degree; it's my main stress absorber. How do I get over this all, start doing it and actually make a habit out of it? I have started doing this in the past, but after a week or two, I flake, whether it is cuz of an injury or another excuse. How do I make it a habit that can last even when college starts again? Or when I'm on vacation to Spain?
