Been lifting and eating right the last year, also reading a lot

Lots of times i've read about 'when she looks' talk to her. But how do you recognize when someone is looking at you to check you out or just looking at a bypasser on the streets?

How do you distinguish the difference between these too? Eitherway there are girls now really checking me out, or its just all in my head.
