Everything here was supposed to disappear. Banned subreddits, deleted communities, cancelled blogs — much of what is archived here survives nowhere else.
It stays free — no paywall, no account — for the next man who comes looking, the way it was free for you.
I pay for the servers, the storage and the bandwidth myself. If you want this record still standing in ten years, become one of the people who keeps it online.

Google it, YouTube it. There is a ton of information online from the appropriate bodybuilding resources.

Correct.
So trust only professional sources (people who actually know what they're talking about, or are actually working in the field).
Most important in bodybuilding is correct form and proper technique. If you lift without these, you will fuck up your body in the long run. You may not feel it now, you may not feel it in the first 5 years of lifting like an animal, but you will feel the damage caused by wrong form/technique later. Worst case, you won't be able to do any more lifting for certain exercises because you were doing them wrong for so long.
Look up Athlean-X on YouTube. That dude is a physical therapist. I don't know him personally but he seems to know what he's talking about.
