Background: I am a college student in my early 20s living in East Asia. I was going to college overseas until the pandemic happened, then I returned back to where I grew up. I am white/asian average build (used to be skinny, working on gyming and bulking right now).

I'm into asian girls and I keep running into the same problem over and over again. I peruse girls who give IOIs, get their numbers but then chicks start giving me a hard time. They start setting up conditions, usually "we have to text more before you take me out on a date" or "you need to date me more before we go any further". I try to shrug it off or change the subject but they usually see through it. Once it becomes apparent there's no way around it I usually get annoyed and lose interest or they lose interest because I'm not willing to commit early or have long conversations before I get any action.

An extreme example is one time a girl was willing to go down on me and get fingered by me then she started giving hard LMR, made her cum a shit load of times and she was still unwilling to have sex, stating that I had to date her more before we could have sex.

The side bar would say that my SMV isn't high enough (which I am working on) but I am consistently running into this problem with basically every (asian) chick I try to hit on. Haven't had much experience with white chicks. What do you guys think?
