Pretty much what mrmaldoror said. To add to that, TRP in a lot of ways is a light version of the Dark Triad in psychology, though mostly from a strategic point of view. With the way the world works nowadays, it is better to have a more disciplined, logical mental attitude, move covertly rather than being flashy and think in terms of politics. For example, when a blue pill is having issues with his LTR, arranging a casual meeting with a blue pill away from other blue pills in order to try and explain WTF he is doing wrong. Whereas, if you would have tried to explain it to him while he's in a group of blue pills, it would be more difficult.
