What are your thoughts on letting a girl make a decision out of options that you present her?

For example, I am meeting up with this girl tonight. We had plans but I told her we can either do that or do plan B. In my opinion, I'm still leading by providing the options, both of which are fine by me, but I could also see how this could be interpreted as me giving her the lead.

What do you guys think? Should I have just picked one myself, even though I really have no preference?
