Hey guys I'm a 16 year old high school junior and I really don't know where else to turn with this. I just had the most awful day and past 3 fuckin years. I fucking have the best ideas and aspirations and I'm smarter than anyone I know. But I'm all walk and no talk, I feel like a lazy fuck. I'm addicted to dopamine and can't commit to getting good at one thing. At least this is how I feel although I know it's not completely true because I've been lifting multiple times a week for an entire year and am starting to get big, I do great in school, I'm relatively normal, hang out with "popular" people, have a job, have college options, been laid a few times with different girls and have an extremely bright future. But all this in life has come easy to me.

Sure I have a lot to be proud of but I'm not great at anything, I don't have any hobbies that I have put enough work into to become good because I waste my time doing stupid shit. At the end of a long school day, gym, work, the last thing I want to do is train and work at something. I see kids in my school who are great at their sports, musicians, snowboarders. The reason they're good is not because they're smart, it's because the busted their ass to get good at something. Anyway to cut to the chase the reason I'm here is because I got cut from the golf team today and I know it's because everyone who made the team has been practicing and playing for years and I just started getting serious. But what's the point, I'm fucking 16 I'll never be dominant in any field. I can't settle for anything less than best. Because I'm so hard on myself and my failures, this tendency has ruined my self esteem. /Autistic rant over. The cold hard advice I came here for is advice on what my next move should be. Since I can't play school competitive golf should I continue working on it and try to play summer competitive leagues? My only worry with golf is that none of my friends play it. I started snowboarding this winter and would like to keep working on that and maybe pick up skateboarding. I also want to pursue writing and maybe chess and guitar. What do you think I should do?
