Pick a catch phrase like yeah baby or that's my style. Prank phone call a school and see how many times you can repeat your catchphrase before they hang up on you.

Gym or anything fitness related.

Cooking / meal prepping.

Learning new skills / tips that pertain to your career or craft.

Start a youtube channel or instagram page and provide content that you feel passionate and interested in.

Learn an instrument. Go on offer up and buy a used instrument. Hop on youtube and learn how to play it and practice.

I love live music so any free shows or bands in my town interest me.

Reading.

Improve yourself. If you find you got that much time pick a skill for a month. Learn it.

Physical exercise is also great. Go to the gym, if you ain't got money for the gym do push-ups, go for a run. This will not only improve your fitness but also your confidence.

You need to also get out more, you probably don't enjoy it simply because you haven't gotten good at it yet.

Do you have a job? If not get one, the lack of finance while having an abundance of time just does not add up.

If your looking for specific hobby's to take up, Musical Instruments are good, they give you something you can show off while also good for you mentality. If your not that way inclined there is Art, Programming, Sports, Reading, Learning.

Do anything that you can gain something from your work, avoid "time-wasters" like video games and TV show marathons. That's not to say you shouldn't relax but don't make it a habit.

Keeping to yourself a lot is not a good strategy if you want to be the chad in the room. Learn to be social, that should occupy your time.

I’m studying engineering in which I bought an Arduino kit for $30 to begin making little projects and what not out of my own interest and to get the experience to see if I really want to go down this rabbit hole

I go on hikes/trails which are $5 for the parking at the location typically

I skate in which I paid the one time fee for my skateboard ($75– got it on a sale) in which I have had a big return on that investment in the form of happiness, meeting people, etc.

I cook if you consider that a hobby

I also go the gym Monday-Friday, if you consider that a hobby

I plan on begging to draw/paint

I read now

I like live music so I have a few places I want to check out around my town which may be free or inexpensive and make good locations for dates/chilling by myself

A friend of mine is into making things (rings, axes, knives, etc— just making things in general) in which he has tools and what not, so I plan on making myself a ring to start out that hobby of being crafty

There may be a few things I’m forgetting but there is a bunch of stuff to do for free; look and you will find such things

Choose one-two from the comments section to begin with and after you have experienced in the individual fields, add another hobby or drop some

You know i got my dream guitar almost 3 years ago. But didn't practice seriously until a couple of months back because i was busy with worthless bullshit, such as my past relationship. What i noticed is that the more you get good at it, the more the momentum you have that encourages you to practice more.
