She has been my girlfriend for the past 5 months. Everything has been good, with few minor fights, which I've defused. Sex is great, we regularly fuck 1-2 times / day when we see each other.

For the first few months of our relationship, we were basically together all the time, even though we don't live together; Free time permitted this. I didn't see why not and she seemed madly in love with me.

She lives ~1.5 hour drive away.

Past month or so, our time together has been limited, seeing each other every weekend. We had the opportunity to go traveling together, and we did. We went to Barcelona two weeks ago( for six days). It only seemed to make her fall even deeper in love with me.

However I got sick during the last few days of the trip, extending into the travel home, where she stayed at my place for a few days. This is where our first "major" fight happened. She kept throwing random arguments at me, seemingly with no real reasoning behind them. I got to the root of the problem, she accused me of not being affectionate during our past few days together(where I was sick). This has been a previous problem. She seems to get sad if I'm not affectionate enough.

I'm off work( and no longer sick), and I decide to travel with her, to her place for a few days. Another fight happens, based on the same premise of me not being affectionate.

I travel home for work and we don't have plans to see each other before this weekend. Usually she will snap me cute selfies with hearts and all that shit, few times a day. I respond appropriately, being affectionate in response. She will try to small talk over text too, which I play along with. Now, this mysteriously dies out, she seems to talk to me like one of her beta orbiters, hearts are now very limited.

Because this is abnormal, I try to poke around for the issue at hand, very indirectly. Finally this tuesday, she tells me "I havn't been talkative lately, yes.. I didn't want to say something before we saw each other during the weekend, but I don't want to act like everything is good, because it isn't" for which I simply respond "okay".

Fast forward to the weekend. She's naked in my bed within 10 minutes, we fuck twice. She still seems a bit distant. She havn't brought anything up. I continue to act normally, not letting her affect me. We go to bed after a late date night. I wake up, very intrigued by what is going on. She is still sleeping. I decide to check her phone, for clues as to what is going on.

She has been chatting with one of her beta orbitters about how our relationship is going badly. She says we're so much together, she isn't used to it. She complains about how it feels like we're just friends with benefits. She also says she's worried that I might cheat on her. She's been chatting with him yesterday, saying how she can't bring it up now, now that we're going out, it'll ruin the evening. She says she still cares about me, and she's confused.

Today she has been very distant, up to the point she didn't get out of bed untill 2pm. We eat food together, and she wants to get back in bed. I join her and I fall asleep. I wake up at 5pm, she's still sleeping. She wakes up at 7pm. We cook dinner, watch some Netflix and she starts finger banging her phone, playing games, checking the news etc., still being distant. Still no word about what she wanted to talk about.

I'm now sitting here writing this post. What gives, how did I fuck up? I don't understand her, from what I read on her phone, I've been too "beta", but by previous arguments I've been too "alpha" (not enough affection).

Do I ask her what it is she wanted to talk about? Do I just ignore it? I have no idea what to do.
