Everyone definitely lies to some extent in order to make themselves look good. But I’m looking for advice on my situation.

I’m currently 24 years old, 6’1, slightly overweight but have a lot of muscle, I’ve got a great career job, I play golf, I’m driven, and feel very comfortable with myself.

But the man I am today is ABSOLUTELY totally, completely unidentifiable to who I was in high school. I was a late bloomer, I was short, fat and wasn’t part of ANY club/sport. I just played video games, but I somehow was friends with most of the “popular” crowd. Though, I didn’t pull AT ALL, until my senior year (one girl). I was basically just a follower.

Again, this is absolutely not who I am todaY, and while I want to make fun of my past and be comfortable with it, I also can’t just say all of this because... who the hell wants to date that guy (even if it was in the past).

So my question is, how the hell do I go about explaining to women who I was in high school? (Because the subject will always eventually come up).

And I don’t want to 100% lie, but I also can’t be 100% honest lmao
