Lower tier plate has been hitting me up to hang but I can’t for the past 2 weeks cause my balls are drained. She texted me saying “we can’t do this forever, and that it may be time to end it if I’m not feeling it”

However I need this plate as backup.

Do I just say “you can end it if you want to but I have been very busy etc”
