First, thank you red pill for getting me into the gym, this has allowed me to obtain my current, first, full-time job. Second, the quote in the title is one that i have heard thrown around the manosphere. My question is context/examples...I have worked at my current poistion in the job and have become 'essential'. I am good at my job but my future is limited in the company. It is seasonal work so it ends soon. I leave for college before hand. When should i disappear?

I no longer enticed by the money I have no chance of upward mobility I am working 30 hours every friday-saturday. I am not contracted but "two-weeks notice is nice" This question is not sexual stategy related but more of a power game realted quesiton. I am struggling with an exact date and quitting my first job.
