I've been learning about the red pill for quite some time.

I've had some time to reflect on my social weaknesses and I've come to these conclusions:

I've been raised in a Christian background and I've taken it's values far literal than the average Christian. I believed that kindness and looking out for your fellow man is a strength. What plagued me for a long time was that doesn't mean everyone else plays by those rules. When I get shit tested by men (even christian men) I am often caught off balance because I took more stock into the words than what the situation was. I fail often in male social circles because I react. The other issue is I don't know how to respond, I've never really had any guidance for it. I keep failing and I get frustrated and go into seclusion.

Women on the other hand I do fine with mostly. I'm well versed with what to look for with women and their shit tests.

I'm still working on developing solid frame. The best defense I can muster is not responding at all to the shit talk. Perhaps the other defense is making no apologies and just staying true to who I am.

Anyway, what else can I do to become better and accepted among male peers?
