After looking around on this site for ten minutes, it seems like a hybrid of /r/seduction and /r/theredpill with a huge focus on doing all this self-improvement for getting girls.

It packages trp in a nice way, but it all comes from a place of neediness since the centerpiece of it all is to get women, not to become a better man. While I did find some RP nuggets in there, it is overall better to read trp sidebar.

It is also pro- CrossFit, which worries me. It shows CrossFit as this great program that will get you ripped in no time. But most people in the fitness community know that CrossFit is pretty fucking stupid and a good way to fuck yourself up.

I would still recommend the sidebar to become better, and focus on doing shit rather than reading/listening to other guys on how to get women.

I don't know them. but from cross-reading some transcripts, they seem purplepill to me.
