Back story : LTR for 7 years, we've had ups and downs but overall I think she's a pretty decent woman and person that treats me well and respects me. She provides me with everything I need from a relationship standpoint, except that she's over the wall and I get bored physically.

I got drunk, was possibly under some other influence as well, and I cheated on her and fucked a stripper, without protection. Not my proudest moment. It's not the first time I've cheated on her and she suspects this but has never given me a hard time about it (it's not a common occurrence).

I think normally I'd probably just keep it to myself and keep it moving, but I do care about her as a person and I don't want to take any chances in jeopardizing her health without her knowledge/consent.

Any advice for how to handle this situation?
