Yep, it's like quitting to smoke. The first couple of days are horrible. After a week you are fine with some minor flashbacks. Later on, life challenges you to fall back.

Cut her out of your life and remain radio silent.
Rewrite your old memories and trained behaviours.
You are a valuable person. Go out and get what you want from life. Don't get stuck in revenge fantasies.

I recommend a skydive. It creates a new emotional point-of-reference. You're going through neurochemical withdrawal right now, nothing more. The adrenaline from a jump will shock you back.
