In response to the "ugly women" article

I am still new to TRP, and I saw a post about this article earlier. I was scrolling through my facebook feed and saw someone shared this article;

So I gave it a read and was just flabbergasted. It's as if a light went on! With some help from the earlier post's break down of the article I was inspired to comment with my own response, which was;

" So she was treated like a guy? Take me for example, i'm not in the greatest of shape nor am I the most attractive of men, if I didn't bring enough money to pay for the cover charge noone would offer to pay for me. If I get on the dance floor I might get a pity dance or two. the guys were helping out the women they were attracted to. It's that simple, they had something the guys wanted so they worked for it. Its a market transaction. A person selling fish isn't going to be upset If I go and buy pork from the next vendor. I dont want fish! She got bothered too easily when she realized she wasn't the cream of the crop in her crowd."

What I am asking is, am I getting the Red Pill message right? I really think TRP can help me better myself so I want to make sure im getting it.
