So I was sitting with my girl and she had to go back home with her friend and her friend’s boyfriend was dropping them off. It was urgent. I wanted to smoke with her so she said that why don’t you drop the both of us and the friend’s boyfriend can go home. I agreed reluctantly as you do. They had to go back urgently and I made it clear that whatever happens we have to make two stops. One for cigarettes and one for gas. The friend said okay, but told me to be quick about it. I went for the cigarettes and came back to my car that was out of gas and not moving an inch. I was embarrassed and told them so and said sorry to the friend. She called her boyfriend who had to come back and they both went with him.

Now should I text them both sorry or should I just ignore it. I do feel bad that they got late and had to suffer because I was careless about the gas.
