17/M/Rising Senior

CONTEXT: I've cut off almost everything this summer, video games, social obligations, useless youtube video browsing, and more. I haven't cut PMO yet nor have I completely gotten over my oneitis. Those will come in time, however, my mind has become so used to pleasure that an EFFICIENT work ethic is a entirely foreign concept to me. I've identified my 5 goals as: gain muscle mass, develop a skillset as a programmer, do well in summer school, read a shit load of self improvement books, and develop real confidence in my abilities as a man. I have all the tools to do this (An IT/Networking father, easy access to a lot of healthy food, time, and money) so much so that it's overwhelming. I'm sitting here typing this after finishing my workout routine and realizing how am I suppose to do this? Is all work and no play possible? I was dealt a good hand in life, but suddenly utilizing the resources that were right in front of me requires discipline. Discipline that I have no idea how to manifest.

QUESTION: How did/do you develop the discipline to pursue your goals?

TLDR: Lazy rich kid gets off his ass and tries to make something of himself, but doesn't have the discipline to get his goals done. Need RP advice on how.
