Re-sked. She pays since she flakes.

in the future to avoid being flaked on you can do something called the reverse flake.

Basically when it's been about 30 to 45 minutes and you're waiting on her it's clear she's not gonna show up you text her saying, "sorry i couldn't make it! If u want we can resked."

This way she feels like she got flaked on even though she was the flake. It will result in her being more keen to resked.

It's tinder, she's a time waster. You can set logistics up again but I would either stack a date before or after her because she is going to do it again. Women have their phones in their faces at all times.
