The first time i tried nofap was roughly 2 years ago and I remember being extremely aroused and havin high desires for sex. I am currently on week two and I feel as if though my sexual energy has dropped immensly. It is almost as if women interest me less than when i was masturbating regularly. One thing I did notice though is that I can literally smell a woman's scent when im in a room, which was quite intriguing, but thats just about it. Has anyone else experienced such effects when on nofap and is it actually beneficial, to me if it doesnt increase my sex drive, productivity and overall desire to meet women? I have read that it may actually be a disadvatage to certain men,but I would like others input on this.
