I have recently started using a Calorie Counter (Myfitnesspal) and it works great - I love it. I love being able to track exactly what I eat and see where my calories are coming from as well as what type of macro-nutrients I am eating more/less of. However myfitnesspal also tracks some micro-nutrients (Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Sodium, Cholesterol). My question is, is there an app that tracks ALL micro-nutrients in food just like a calorie counter tracks calories, because this would absolutely give my diet planning so much more depth and I would be able to plan what I eat with so much detail. I.e. an app that counts the levels of all vitamins & all minerals in foods just like a calorie counter counts calories.
