So I was talking to this girl and she was qualifying herself to me and completing compliance tests. One day I was busy and it took me a few hours to message her back and she never responded. No big deal, I waited a few days and texted her to set up a meet, no response, I figured she had lost interest and I moved on. The weird thing is that she views all my IG stories pretty quickly after I post which I wouldn't think a girl who's not interested would do. I recently got a new phone and am wondering if maybe she just didn't get the message,(started talking to her on iPhone and texted to set up meet on my new phone but kept the same number) I did have an issue with other messages going through to other people.

My question is, would it be a bad thing if I messaged her on IG to ask if she got the message? I just moved here so I don't have a bunch of local bitches to hit up yet and I don't want to come off as needy but I'd really like to meet her. So message her on IG or nah?
