nah drop the excitable attitude. she's just another flooze until she proves otherwise, so tell her to join you wherever you want to go
if she doesn't want to, you'll find another that will (which is 100% true, just maybe not the same night)
tell her to join you for coffee or beer, whichever you prefer. being cold makes it easy to say you want to call it a night and stay in and it can allow you to invite her over after the date goes well
