If she’s a plate than you’ve slept with her so she’s into you. Generally you have to initiate at the beginning and then after the first few lays she’ll start initiating with you more. You don’t have to text her everyday but I don’t think there is anything wrong with going back and forward a bit through text here and there when you haven’t seen her. Just don’t over over do it or look needy
