Your SMV isn't high enough for what you want. You seem to be about where i was after getting out of a 4 year LTR and finding TRP. It gets way easier when you are jacked, keep lifting.

Online can be effective. I typically cast a wide net by saying random bullshit that's slightly edgy to see how the girls respond. Basically any girl that is DTF for you will respond no matter what you say. You want to aim for those and filter out all the validation queens quickly.

Then meet with these girls as fast as possible. I have great success with turning a text conversation sexual but it is a lot of time drained.

Day/night game is by far way more rewarding and you gain a lot more social experience doing it vs online. Online is great if you are rusty on game but decent looking. I practiced A&A for a month on tinder and it helped tremendously when starting night game.

get a date
dont waste your time killing your chances by messaging them constantly. meet in person.
use tinder whilst your taking a shit and save your free time for more important activities

I've tried going silent on girls for days and it always results in them flaking

because the majority are using it for validation and have little intention of meeting up. the moment you stop, there are a million other guys waiting to give her what she wants in the hope she will magically give up her puss.

sure, use tinder/whatever to add in a few shags here and there, but it should not be your primary source of women. Meet people in the real world and you'll do a lot better.
