I am a firm believer in mentoring and people being good role models to influence younger generations. In random conversations at work I have picked up that a woman near me in the office has a son who just entered high school but doesn't seem to have a male figure in his life to guide him. This bothers me deeply. She is well past the wall and has no hope of landing a strong alpha to act as a father. I feel sorry for the poor boy because it seems like he has a lot going in his favor, but is going to his mother for advice on things that she has no business or ability to answer.

Anyone have any experience mentoring? Or just advice on how to help this kid before he becomes a BB.
