I have a guy i work with who is very passive aggressive. We’ve worked together for a few years, but i’d like to know the best way to handle him. I want to confront him and shame him each time i see passive aggressive remarks but i realise its no good making an enemy of someone i have to work with, especially if they are a passive aggressive guy.

Typical behaviour includes: Not doing things properly when asked because they didnt like the request(ie, do a shitty improper job of task). Doing shit to intentionally to aggravate whoever asked him to do something he didnt really want to do(but never ever communicated he didnt want to, or had any concerns or issues etc).

Im fine with stoic personality, or people who dont voice up. But passive aggressive is another thing. Doing the above is not right imo.

What do you all suggest is beat way to handle this kind of situation?
