It's just like everything in life. Your not born with it so you need to practice it. You didn't come out sprinting.

Thing is though, to me, it's easier to think of it as holding frame.

But check this tho... Become busy. Become more valuable in the mean time and it won't be so difficult.

Instruments. New languages. New studies. Financial literacy (actually a pretty big one. Do you know the difference between a 401(k) and a ROTH IRA? Or that 401(k) is really just a placeholder for that type of claim in the tax code?)

My point is there are TONS of shit out there that will not only make you a better version of yourself but will also increase your SMV. Increased SMV will also help with abundance mentality.

TLDR:Fuck your plates. When you're not fucking your plates become a sharper alpha male.
