Hi! First post to TRP since really looking into a bunch of TRP theory about a week ago. Although I'm totally OK approaching random people, I've always been nervous to "re-approach" people I already know that for example went to High School with, or anyone before I got into PUA, and this is the scenario I'm tryna figure out.

So pretty much just what title says, I'm trying to get an old friend's ex to be a side. Background: About a year ago, I got hired at my friend's work, and around that time when I was just starting out he started dating one of our co-workers. I'm always high energy and the standout in a room because of my personality, and always flirty and assume familiarity with everyone I talk to out of principal, and so that's pretty what our relationship's based on till now. Rarely worked with her, but we've always been on and off texting even when they were dating, still holding frame, occasionally building rapport and breaking rapport. Last night we ended up running into each other on the bus from downtown a lil after rush hour, and we caught up with each other. (funny enough another chick I tried number closing during the daytime and rejected me sat pretty much perpendicular to me before my friend's ex got on, and I could tell she was listening to a bit of our convo with her earbuds in) Pretty much same deal as usual, only light KINO and showing value opening her up to all the things I'm doing in my world. To top it off when I got off the bus I fairly loudly said "BYE BUDDY" and gave her that basic PUA high five, to which she looked flabbergasted (can't really think of better word lol) I'm 90% sure she's DTF, just like I said above don't really know what to do in this situation, and don't want to fuck it up. Any input would be appreciated

EDIT: BTW, didn't really mention it, but I am trying to actively friend zone her, mostly by keeping my texts short, sometimes, couple word replies, and just not replying at all, and the high five at the end was a way for my to re-enforce that
