Casual friends with a chick in my classes, had a boyfriend last year but must have lost that over the summer. Now we're in classes together again. Asked her to grab a drink on campus early this week, she forgot her ID but paid for my beer. Invited her over after before class to check out the new place and I tell her she should come out with me and some friends this weekend. She says let me think about it (I can see she's down but probably not shitting where you eat and shifting gears from friends has her thinking). Next class I tell her she should come out and she tells me she's "going out with a housemate, maybe next time!"

I dont respond, whatever I got other shit to do. Around 2 AM she hits me with "Come over. I want you" and sends the location. But I was sleeping.

I wake up read that and immediately after I get an "I'm so embarrassed" text. I reassure her its all good, we should get together tonight, I'll pick you up @ _.

She tells me she's "kinda talking to someone and I guess i meant to send it to them idk. I was really embarrassed when I read the texts"

I don't even know if I justify this with a response or if there's any way to flip here.
