It depends on where you live.
Also, almost nothing is explicitly legal -- most laws are written to prohibit something, not allow something. The question is never "is this legal?" so much as "how likely is it that someone upset about this will find a law they can argue it breaks?"
So let's assume there's no law against distributing freely-given nudes where you live. Does that mean it's legal? Not necessarily. There are still copyright laws, defamation laws, harassment laws, blackmail laws, etc., etc., etc. Whether you win or lose, going to court sucks.
I think it's morally wrong to seek revenge that way, but even if you don't, it's much too risky.
