How can I adress and solve this?
By manning the fuck up, not looking for a quick fix, ignoring the pain, and following through.
Set up timelines. "I will read for one hour straight", say to yourself and follow through. By letting your brain to defocus you with distractions (that fucker does that on purpose, to get a quick dopamine fix) you tell him it's okay to do that. And you bet he'll do that again.
So stop it and when you're about to read for one hour straight, you do that, even if a dozen naked, bigtittied cockhungry bimbos are dacing in front of you, begging for your manhood.
You still follow through.

Another issue, how to bear with the pain of exercising? I like it, but I get lazy and sometimes don't even attempt it. Where can I find motivation and how can I stop the lazy bitch?

It's simple, just not easy. But it's up to you to find motivation somewhere there. You want to be a fucking manlet till the end of your days? Or are you going to grow the fuck up, become an adult and take your life in your own hands, responsibly?

By the way, I am 16. I am taking care of the issues in my life already.

How are you an '84 survivor then?
Ah, I wish I was 16 again. And back in '00 too.

I love the 1984 book and came up with that username. Any advice for my age?

Yes. Read "Brave New World" too.
Huxley portrays a society much closer to ours in his "Brave New World". Where Orwell warns us that we will become a captive culture controlled by pain and fear, Huxley warns us that we will become a trivial, indifferent culture controlled by pleasures.
However, modern world is probably both, your attempt to wake up the sheeple will not be heard in the beginning, because we're already drowned in a sea of meaningless tweets, posts, newses and conspiracy theories. But get loud enough and the Orwellian machine will wake up, making you disappear.
I'd say they won't erase you like they did it in '84 book, they'll just put you in jail and laugh at your theories. But Orwell's book was inspired by Stalinist totalitarism and yes, they erased people there (back in 60s) - research Nikolai Yezhov, he was literally erased from official photos, because Stalin ordered so.

Read Brave New World and find it far more accertive than 1984. Although Orwell portrayed pretty good some aspects of modern control. Also read Farenheit 451 and Tomas Moro's utopia.

(I am Argentinean, so my english may be flawed every once in a while)
I have a big dilemma. There is this ex for my current gf that kind of played her through text and talking and it was sort of an humilliation to me (this was in an extremely blue-pill era of mine, like 8 months ago). Anyway, thing is I ended up reading their conversation and, from what I have read, he has a lot of Red Pill ways of thinking and is very smart. I am very sure having him for discussing life in the true, red pill way, would be very productive. I am very fucking sure, he is just my kind of man. But, as my gf cut off al comunication with him (they study in the same class), and we both agreed on not discussing what happened anymore,I don't know how to contact him, as adding him on FB without asking her would be innapropriate.

Well, he's not exactly your buddy, is he?
Maybe you should adopt abundance mindset, not only for women but for redpillers too.

Create accountability. Agree with someone who can hold you accountable on a timeline. This person checks you. My best progress in my dietary improvements has been when someone checked every single meal for a month. it works.
Your need for escapism belies a deeper problem that you need to address first. Is your room tidy? Do you have admin paperwork you've been procrastinating on? These thoughts will constantly intrude until addressed. Are you meeting your body's need to move? If not. Light gym at least. Are you restless? Stressed? What is the cause.
Diet: are you indulging in heavy carbs and or sugars?
Examine your motivations. Why do you want this degree? Or is everything pointless? If you don't believe in your goals, why proceed?
