For skincare get the following:

Face wash that is appropriate for your skin type. I use a natural soap bar that is made out of seaweed and seasalt. I buy it at a local soap shop so I don't know which brand to recommend.
Aloe Vera Gel. I use a Spanish brand and I'm not sure if the ship internationally, but it should be easy to find pure aloe gel in amazon.
Moisturizer with solar protection. I use a Cetaphil moisturizer.
Azelaic Acid 10% by The Ordinary.
Tea tree oil. Easy to find.

Wash your face with the face wash every morning and at night before bed. In the morning, apply the Moisturizer after washing your face in the shower, and at night, after the face wash, apply the aloe Vera gel mixed with a little bit of Moisturizer. Let the mixture absorb and apply Azelaic Acid in the parts of your face where you would like a softer texture and an even skin tone. Use the tea tree oil to spot treat acne and if you have serious acne see a dermatologist.

With this routine I guarantee that your face will look a lot better, your skin will be smoother, more even and it will glow.

You may feel gay doing this, I know I did, but the results are worth it.

Edit: I use the aloe vera gel + moisturizer mix as after shave, it works wonderfully.

Most products contain alcohol or preservatives that end up wearing your natural barriers down, costing you money, and keeping you on a endless cycle of buying new and more expensive products so I avoid them.

Shave with soap as a lather in the shower for shaving cream, use Coconut/Jojaba oil as an aftershave/moisturizer, Shampoo - go to trader joe's and buy Tea Tree oil $4 shampoo/conditioner. Facewash use a light soap or cold water. Less is more.
