I'm just thinking out loud here and posting this is better than contacting her. How could a woman you been with almost four years that also lived with you just all the sudden move out and into a guys house shes known for 3 weeks then cut all contact? We had a pretty good relationship not perfect but better than most. I know about the light switch effect etc but I just cant wrap my head around this
