Okay so basically,

I've spent a couple grand recently into an affiliate marketing site which is part of my goal of building passive income along with other investments.

The website is nearly complete, and I've been able to find a good source for my content creation and link building strategy. So I'm planning on that site in a few months this site will be bringing in a decent return.

I'm getting an urge now to buy another site (There's a friend of mine who does all the niche and keyword research and site building for a living) and he let me know he's sending his new sites to his email list in a few days to sell and that I can have first dibs to buy one if I want.

It's going to cost around 1k USD, and plus another 300 or so for all the content to be expertly written and for the links to get properly built, as well as advertising costs.

Both sites have fairly strong potential (first website that's nearly done has an 8k monthly potential based on the research, and this other site I'm looking to buy has a 4k monthly potential. Keep in mind it could take 7-8 months more or less to reach that potential.

I am able to save around 1k a month after my expenses and other investments. It wouldn't KILL me to buy this new site. But I would definitely hurt a little bit parting with that money.

What do you guys make of this?
