Do you guys think it's okay to talk back when you don't like something , calling out people when they do something fishy maybe even your boss and generally handling shit tests in office.

I am doing a paid internship at a magazine company, and last night(wed) I get message from the boss's assistant that I should report straight on Monday. I initially was happy which meant I could finally get some time off in my 2month vacations. But when I asked the assistant if the boss is gonna cut my stipend , she said yes.

The problem here is he is telling me to not come and then cutting my stipend too.
