Long time RP-lurker here looking for some advice with regards to managing plates.

As quick background, I'm low 30s, physically fit, and in a professional career. I have a demanding career and social schedule which translates to 9/10 (or so) of the woman I'm having sex with at any one point were found using dating apps.

Here is my question: How do other RPers with demanding, high-value jobs, manage more than 2-3 plates at once?

Perhaps I can outline how I do and you can tell me where I'm going wrong.

At any once time, I have a minimum of 2 girls, or as many as 3, that I am actively fucking and texting (perhaps once and day or at most 5-10 times setting up a meet). I find that girls tend to 'burn out' and want a relationship after about 2 months which is easily extended to 3-4 months but eventually, always, peters out when I am non-committal.

I also have 2-3 girls that I have 'on deck' meaning we havent yet fucked but it is a near certainty that I can whenever I want to pull the trigger and make a second date happen.

My issue is simply time. I typically don't fuck any of these girls until the second or third date, and it can take me a week or two to set up 3-4 dates. Of those, usually 1/2 or so are worth pursuing. On top of this, each of the above 2-3 regulars is seen once and week or two, making 3-4 meets per week normal. Fitting in extra days for dates cuts into my more valuable fucking time.

I understand that I'm rambling now and I apologize for the incoherence but, long story short, I simply am unable to manage over 3 girls and keep them all in a place where it remains effort free to call them, on my schedule to fuck.

I find this exponentially more difficult when any of the 3 are professional or highly educated (post masters) women and, for better or worse, this category of women is one of the easiest for me to pull.

Not to be soft/bluepill/whatever but it also wears on me seeing years of girls so happy and full of hope and promise (despite whatever I tell them) only to face the sad reality that I am never going to be in an exclusive relationship with them. I'd prefer to have a larger number of plates for a longer period of time than to run through them so quickly.

Condensed question: Where do I seek resources to better manage time or women so that I can manage >3 plates without exponentially more effort and time investment.
