Brief backstory: I work in a small office and I had a sexual relationship with a woman coworker about 10 months (March last year) ago that lasted for about 6 months (Sept, maybe Oct). She decided to cut it off and at first I was upset and broke frame for a few weeks. Then I got my head together, started focusing on myself, separated my personal from business and got back on track.

It's been 4 months. starting about 6 weeks ago she started saying things like stop focusing on work so much, I need to find someone, why do I feel like I need to go out with all these young girls (why don't I find someone my own age... she is 20 yrs younger BTW).

The last week she has said things like I'm a selfish person, I only think of myself, and has literally gotten upset with me for just doing my work. It seems like the more I improve myself (i.e. work, lifting, etc) the she gets more upset. I am genuinely confused. I am not doing or saying anything to provoke her, and I'm not making any comments on our past but she does bring it up sometimes. (we are not big company, and we are equals so HR is not a problem) What is going on?

EDIT: there is no personal stuff going on between us, just regular work stuff. regular work hours. If there is something outside of work (calls or text, it is work related) I have noticed though she is always on my SC watching what I'm doing
