OP I'm responding to/asking questions about can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/2sfi34/how_to_survive_working_with_women/
So I work in an smaller office environment that is by far majority female. Before taking the job, knowing what it was gonna be like, I read the above thread and took it to heart; the ideas espoused there sounded right to me. And yet, they're causing me grief at work. I need your help/ideas/thoughts.
"Don't play favorites; conduct yourself as a loner."
I've actually gotten in trouble for this, because I'm "not a good culture fit" because I don't engage in all the non-work related BS chit chat that happens during the day. I keep my nose to the grind and this has actually pissed off my HR dept. They - it's a one woman department - demanded I "change" lest I lose my job.
"Read the culture, go with the flow, and don't make a woman look bad."
I apparently have done so by working harder than them, and as a result, they all despise me. There's only about two dozen of 'em. The few that don't don't have the desire to defend me or stand by me.
Not having done anything traditionally "wrong", it seems like they're just fucking with me for the sake of fucking with me. I keep getting talked to by HR for various BS things like "how you're making some people feel"...and when I ask for specifics, of course, there never are any. I'm looking around for another job, but it's been slow going. Any thoughts?
