If she talks about things you don't want to talk about, boring stuff she has plenty of other people to talk to... Act like she didn't talk about it at all.

If she doesn't get the hint, ask her not to talk about things like that with you, you are busy and you don't really have anything to say.

Short replies work pretty well with FWB types, usually women just want to vent, but they should have someone else to do that with as a plate, because early on you don't want to set the pace to her unloading emotional shit on you.

You want the opposite, you want her to be careful about what she talks about with you, because if she says the wrong thing, she doesn't get what SHE wants. You don't have to starve her by not answering or talking to her at all, but you should avoid talking to her about anything she would enjoy talking to her girlfriend about.

You are not a girlfriend, you are the swinging dick she comes to suck and get pounded by. You are the way she releases primal energy and comes away completed by your affection and attention.

Usually I open a message the moment I get it. If it is long or not about something I need to answer right away, I don't reply. I mention this to them after a few meetings, I tell them flat out I'm busy and when my phone goes off I need to be on top of it, for work, maybe it's a family emergency. Maybe someone has a side project for me that will make me some money. I do my best to make it clear that I'll get back to them when I have time, but that's usually only 3 times a day. After breakfast if things went smoothly and I'm ahead, my lunch break if I take lunch, and before I close up to head home.

When I get home, I unpack my daily stuff and clean up the house, make dinner [now I assist making dinner] then eat and clean up. I shower and change out of my day clothes and complete anything else around the house before I relax watching some shows or whatever screen time shit then I turn them off an hour before bed, do some yoga and take my time preparing for bed in low light.

If you are busy the whole day, doing your best to improve your state consistently, you will be on an upward path, naturally you will only have time for women in short tight slots. In order for them to gain more time with you, they usually intuitively start to offer to 'do things' for you to help make your time more available. This is of course cooking and cleaning or participating in your life, whatever that might be.

I would easily take a plate with me to any part of my day if they behave well and help out. Going to pick up groceries? Tag along. Help me fold my laundry or cook up my evening meal? Lets do it. Fuck before, on the way, and afterwards.

Then you gotta go girl, I need me time. Kthxbai.
