Hey guys!

This is kind of a different post when it comes to the usual things that are discussed on this subreddit. I recently transferred to a university from a community college, and I’ve had a pretty shitty quarter. I am on the verge of failing a class, which I can retake, but it just feels shitty even though the retaken grade will take over the old failing grade.

I try to study, but I just don’t know how to study for these hard university classes. Community college made my work ethic very weak, and I want to build it up.

I also want to be smart. How do I get myself to become more smart? I wanna be able to learn things at a faster rate and be able to do good in school while taking part in extracurricular activities.

I might have to stay an extra quarter at university, and I’m not sure how future employers will view that.

How do I stop being such a shitty student?
