Hey guys, looking for some advice with my current situation.

Im a 30 year old dude currently living with my dad. Spent the last 10 years working for a masonry company and abusing substances (alcohol, weed, cocaine) after dropping out of college. Ive had problems with depression for the past 10 as well.

About 2 years ago I hit a serious major depression and quit my job. I couldnt function at all. I was technically disabled. My friendships all deteriorated and spent most of my time at home.

2 months ago I quit all antidepressants and wanted to try without them. I've felt better than I have today than the past 2-3 years on them. I eat healthily, take vitamins and supplements, I lift, I do cardio, I meditate, and I've started nofap.

All of my friends are also clinically depressed and they arent healthy people for me to hang out with, so I spend a lot of time alone. When I do hang out with them it ends up making me feel worse. All of my healthy friends have moved away from home, or have families now.

Where do I go from here? I started a new job 3 weeks ago so I have a source of income, but I'm still dealing with some depression and anxiety symptoms that make it hard for me to meet women and make new friends. I have no career, and I'm pretty intelligent so I should probably go back to school for something.

I need to get my life on track for long term success.

What do think?
