Let me start off with this quote from the sociologist William Graham Sumner:

"Men of routine or men who can do what they are told are not hard to find; but men who can think and plan and tell the routine men what to do are very rare."-(What The Social Classes Owe Each Other)

When I look at society I see either followers(routine men) and creators(plan men). Take a grocery store clerk. The clerks existence is very robotic, follow the routine. Take money from customer, deposit money in safe, return change. Rinse and repeat. Whereas the grocery store owner plans and creates by creating jobs for the clerk, choosing products, hiring cleaners etc The creator sees the big picture, the follower executes the small picture

Society conditions people to follow not create. Revolting against this brainwashing is termed by me as "Robotic Reluctance". Do you guys also see this in society? Creators are rewarded heavily, look at Amazon and Microsoft founders. Creators seem to have more value than followers. Whats your take on this guys?
