Some days when I look good or whatever I get eye fucked by women everywhere. Other days when I look sloppy I get more like sneers or women avoid me. It makes my self esteem fucking rollercoast up and down by the day, feeling like a rockstar some days and an outcast on other days.

What's the diagnosis and solution bros? Is it not getting enough validation from mommy, or just low self esteem about my attractiveness? I think I may be basing my value in female validation too much, but I'm also single and want to attract women, so I don't know if tuning it out completely is a good solution.
