I understand the TRP, as a subreddit, does not have a mission statement to spread its tenets and understanding to others. Many are not interested and I'm fine with that. It seems though that there is a pervasive attitude that it can't be a movement, or that it would fail if it did. What are some of the common reasons that there cannot be a RP movement? If there could, why do so many think it would fail to make an impact?
I think we are getting closer to fully realizing the possibilities and reach of the internet. People are ditching the centralized media producers when it comes to news. People are publishing books online. People are getting crowd funding for their projects.
I'm a kid who never got burned by women in a relationship and never really had the truth about women and the world slap me in the face, yet what has been preached here still resonated with me. I was willing to humor the ideas here and found the principles to be correct. It's hard for me to believe that there is anyone beyond understanding. Are those of us who want to try shooting ourselves in the foot before we can make a difference?
