SARMs (lifting question)

They have a purpose, but personally I've only seen them used in stacks. Haven't seen anyone worth their salt advocate them solo. Just run a test cycle if you're interested in taking the next step in lifting. No steroid necessary.

Without test you are asking for a shitty time because regardless of what the sarm salesman says, they cause suppression. Usually not total shutdown but splitting hairs at that point cause you will feel shitty. What are your worries with steroids that you think sarms would address?

All you really need is some sust250 and Decca/ Dbol.

Anavar if you can afford it.

but won't produce half the gains that steroids will.

Go over to /r/steroids and educate yourself through the wiki they've got. Sarms are a waste of time and money, the best stack in the world won't get you the results that the weakest steroids (ex. Anavar) would.

they will cause suppression, if you ever want to get in hormones/steroids whatever.

remember you will need to be cruising test. lgd is a liver safe option pretty much less sides=less effective so it's like a mild oral steroid
