Just wanna see how I should go about this. I feel like this is a power move and looking for a few ideas.

Had an argument last night with LTR, long story short she walked out of my house and went to her best friends. I asked her to come back (which I realize I should have just let her leave, my mistake). I had the night off work and wasn't hanging out with the boys till tomorrow and was fucking ticked she left tbh. I told her I didn't want to talk to her today just to cool off. Is this avoiding conflict? If so how do I handle it? I know My failure was to argue with a woman but i'm still learning.

From what i've read in TRP is to just not give any attention. Is this the best way to deal with this? I don't want to talk to her and need to show in someway her behavior isn't acceptable.

She calls this morning and says:

"Even though you think we're not going to have a conversation today, i'm sorry there will be." and end with "This is our relationship and we need to talk." I'm assuming this to be a power move. How do I respond.
