Yes, I would think of these as shit tests. A woman wants every man she sees to be the mega alpha, so she can sack him before the other hoes can (competition anxiety). So that's why they do that. Alternatively, if you're not the mega alpha they want, then you're a beta who gives away validation easily to them by way of failing their shit test, boosting her self esteem. It's a win-win for her either way to test you. She's creating an opportunity to see if there's an alpha she can fuck, or a provider to supplicate to her with gifts of emotional validation and money. So, I guess you wanna be the alpha there.

Well, to pass a shit test you need to be non-supplicative, as in you need to hold your frame. It should come naturally, so there is no effort involved, which seems to occur with some fundamental inner game shifts and practice.

Acknowledge and proceed: This is a method for controlling frame that I have learnt about - not sure if there is another common name. Basically, if someone says something contrary to your frame, you do this:

Acknowledge: Something like "Yes, I see, I understand, that's fine."
Proceed: Just continue with your frame as if, despite understanding and considering her viewpoint, you still resolved that your frame was better. In reality, probably don't even consider her frame, just say the words of acknowledgement and maintain your frame 100%.

With a guy, you either want to fuck her, or not. The only time guys get conflicted is in extended time scenarios. Bitches you work/school with that you don't think are hot initially, become attractive through time. "Damn, how did I miss that Cheryl had a phat ass!"

So when you are cold approaching, and you deal with a chick, you don't know -

if she's testing you.
if she doesn't like you.
if she does like you, or
if she will like you in five more minutes.

Newbs think that chicks are exactly like us.

They aren't.

Newbs believe the bullshit that chicks say about knowing if they would fuck in five seconds.

They don't.

Most relationships start with the guy saying he knew she was the one, and the girl saying, "I didn't like him at first, but now we have three kids...."

Shit tests are confusing because Newbs lack experience and have been taught poor seducing skills. Gurus rarely show pickups that involve indifferent chicks or "not interested" chicks. I've seen three, one from Mystery, and two from Madison.

So if she isn't hopping on your dick from minute one -
- Fuck with the chick for at least five minutes.
- Assume that she is digging you.
