Hopefully other guys can benefit from this discussion.

I'm 33, make good money, dress very well, live in a cool part of my big city, and I believe I have good facial aesthetics.

Two problems:

  • 1) Height: I'm 5'6", which is killer. I believe this is what's utterly preventing me from plating or LTR'ing HB8s and 9s.

  • 2) Body: I've been lifting for years, but I have small wrists and an overall small frame, and I can't seem to put on muscle. I lift heavy, and I've used protein "mass gainers" and lots of other shit from GNC.

Two solutions:

  • 1) Wear serious lifts, like 2.5 inches. I've used half-inch lifts, which probably makes no difference. Also, just hardcore lie about height on Tinder/OKC -- say I'm 5'9". And with lifts, I'm sorta there.

  • 2) Give up trying to build muscle. Lift, but diet like a girl and take fat burner supplements to bring my body fat down, which will make my face look better. If I can't be muscular, then I'll be at an ideal body fat percentage. But that means no muscle.

Risks:

  • 1) When it comes time to have sex with a woman who's always seen me in lifts, suddenly I'm short. Now what? Does she flip out? And I screwed? ...Or have I already built up the attraction?

  • 2) About giving up on muscles and going for ideal body fat (while still lifting). ...Good idea? Bad idea?

I would really appreciate anybody's advice, especially guys who've tried these things!
